Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Digital downloads or printable products that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Refund Processing
