We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Alyssis Kids Universe ships only within the United States.

We hope to expand shipping to additional countries in the future.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Technical issues within carrier networks

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  1. Checking around your property and delivery area
  2. Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
